George Peck Jr., MD

George Peck Jr., MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than four decades of experience in facial and aesthetic surgery. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Peck trained alongside pioneers who helped shape modern cosmetic surgery and developed a reputation for meticulous, natural results in rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, and aesthetic refinement.

He is the co-author of the rhinoplasty textbooks Techniques in Aesthetic Rhinoplasty and Rhinoplasty: State of the Art, publications that continue to influence surgical education and global aesthetic standards. Throughout his career, Dr. Peck has been known for results that are elegant, balanced, and timeless, never overdone.

Dr. Peck offers injectable aesthetic services and surgical consultations through traditional office visits as well as discreet concierge appointments for patients who prefer private, physician-only treatment. His Florida office is located at 1790 Indian Creek Drive West in Jupiter, and he continues to serve long-standing patients in New Jersey with the same quiet, well-trained artistry that has defined his work for more than forty years.

All surgical procedures are performed at Essex Surgical LLC, a Medicare-approved and AAAASF-accredited ambulatory surgery center located in the same building as his New Jersey office. The center accommodates plastic surgery, spine, orthopedic surgery, and pain management, with anesthesia provided exclusively by board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists trained in advanced cardiac life support. The facility is registered with the state and fully compliant with BME, HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and AAAASF regulations.
